# Team Management

Teams operate as decentralized entities with the following characteristics:

* Each team functions through its dedicated ERC-20 token
* Team tokens trade via our proprietary AMM using a bonding curve mechanism
* Teams reaching 10B tokens in total supply graduate to a Uniswap v2 pool
* Join any team by purchasing their tokens
* Sell your tokens at any time through the same interface
* Use your tokens to vote for team leadership and participate in governance or in contests

#### Teams Tokenomics

* Total supply 14.9B
* Circulating supply is elastic while trading on bonding curve (between 0 and 10B)
* Upon graduation to uniswap, the last 4.9B are minted and pooled with team underlying ETH liquidity into a uniswap v2 pair.
